Refund

1. Digital Product Policy

All purchases on Promptshub.net (including premium subscriptions and prompt packs) are digital, non-tangible goods. Due to the nature of digital content:

  • No standard refunds are provided once payment is completed.
  • Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case under the exceptions below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in these scenarios:

✅ Approved Cases

  • Technical Failure: Premium prompts fail to download due to our system error (verified by our team).
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental multiple payments for the same subscription/pack.
  • Subscription Renewal Errors: Unauthorized renewal after cancellation.
  • EU Residents: 14-day refund right under EU Consumer Law (if unused – see Section 4).

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

  • Changed your mind about a subscription/prompt pack.
  • Prompt outputs didn’t meet your expectations (AI results are non-guaranteed).
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before billing cycle.
  • Account bans for policy violations (e.g., sharing premium prompts).

3. Subscription-Specific Terms

  • Cancellations:
    • Cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
    • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund current billing cycles.
  • Free Trials:
    • If offered, trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before trial ends.
    • No refunds for trials converted to paid subscriptions.

4. EU/EEA/UK Residents: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU Consumer Law, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have not downloaded any premium prompts during this period.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of approval.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact: Email contact@promptshub.net within 7 days of purchase (or 14 days for EU).
  2. Include:
    • Transaction ID / receipt.
    • Reason with evidence (e.g., error screenshots, duplicate charge proof).
  3. Response: We’ll reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds processed in 5–10 business days.

6. Approved Refunds

  • Refunds issued to your original payment method.
  • Access to premium prompts revoked immediately.
  • May take 5–14 days to reflect in your account (varies by payment provider).

7. Chargeback Policy

  • Do NOT request chargebacks without contacting us first.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks:
    • Result in immediate account termination.
    • May incur dispute fees passed to you.
    • Block future purchases on Promptshub.net.
